There are different circumstances urging you to switch from traditional shopping to the benefits of grocery service that’s becoming more and more popular. You may have a new baby and be too tired to get out of the house, you may be just plain busy or fed up with making long shopping lists, carrying heavy packets to the car and so on.

There are certain advantages to using Toronto grocery delivery instead going to the supermarket. When you order online you know particularly well what you need and you get just exactly that – the items you are in absolute necessity of. When you go to a shopping centre, however, you get distracted by special offers, discounts and sales and end up spending twice as much on the stuff you don’t need. You have even more money by saving on gas, public transport of taxi fees. Also, grocery delivery allows you to save your energy, especially if your shopping trips with two or three kids in tow are nightmarish scenarios. And of course you save precious time which you can spend on doing something you really love. So save money, energy and time and let grocery delivery take your mind off burdensome shopping matters.

Doing it the green way

I am Sylvia, hello everyone. We all have our interests in life and I am fascinated with all things green. I don’t mean the colour although it is nice but the eco-friendly stuff. I really love our planet and am a vegan so I try to be environmentally conscious whatever I do.

I eat only organic stuff and I try to look after my body well. My passion is yoga and I always try to choose an eco yoga mat when my old one gets a bit too tattered. Other than yoga I just try to do it in the old ways – I walk to the shops and cycle to work and use the stairs whenever I can. Me and my fiancé travel green always: we cycle mostly and even took our bikes to Spain with us. We usually stay in eco-friendly hostels or better still camp out.

I also pay attention to what I wear. You will never see me in leather or snake skin. Furs make me sick, I don’t understand how anyone can wrap a dead body around themselves. I usually buy clothes at fair-trade shops and try to support produce of the poorest regions of the world. My passion is eco friendly jewelry because it’s totally beautiful and good for the world. When my then boyfriend proposed to me he chose the prettiest of ethical engagement rings– it is never duplicated and so original. So we are getting married in spring, and guess what? Of course our wedding will be as green as green can be!
